Who we are
Clubroll is built by Anatolian Software Ltd, a UK-registered software company based in Cardiff, Wales. We build tools for the coaches and instructors who run after-school clubs, martial arts academies, Scout groups, dance schools and sports coaching businesses — the people who spend evenings chasing payments, counting heads and updating spreadsheets instead of doing what they love.
The team has a background in running and working with small clubs directly. We've seen the coffee-stained attendance register, the WhatsApp payment chase, the waiver that might be in a drawer or might not. Clubroll exists to replace all of that with something that takes 15 minutes to set up and gets out of the way.
Why we built it
Most club-management software is built for large gyms or enterprise sports organisations — Mindbody, GymDesk, TeamApp. They're £75–129/month and assume you have a front-desk member of staff. A 40-person BJJ club running Tuesday and Thursday evenings does not need that. Clubroll is designed from the ground up for the single coach or small club running 20–200 students, with pricing that reflects it.
What we believe
- Software should feel obvious, not require training.
- Privacy matters — we never sell your data or your students' data, and never show ads to your members.
- Pricing should be honest. No hidden fees, no lock-in, no per-user charges. Cancel any time.
- UK-first — we're ICO registered, GDPR-compliant, GBP billing, Gift Aid support for Scout groups.
- If it doesn't save you time, it isn't working. We'd rather you tell us than churn silently.
Trust & compliance
- ICO registered — Clubroll / Anatolian Software Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data processor. Registration number available on request.
- UK data storage — all club and student data is stored on servers in the United Kingdom.
- UK GDPR — we process personal data (including children's data) in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy policy.
- No ads, ever — we earn from platform fees on card payments and optional paid plans. Your members are not the product.
