Managing rooms
What rooms are for
If your venue has multiple spaces — a main hall, a studio, a dojo — you can define each room in Clubroll and assign it to schedule slots. Clubroll prevents double-booking: if you try to assign a room to two different classes at the same day and time, it blocks the second and shows an error.
Add a room
- Go to Rooms in the top navigation.
- Click Add room.
- Enter a name (e.g. "Main Hall", "Studio A", "Room 2") and an optional description.
- Click Add room. The room appears in your list.
All plans (Free, Essential, Pro) allow unlimited rooms — there's no cap on how many spaces you can set up.
Assign a room to a class slot
- Go to Classes and open the class you want to edit.
- Scroll to the Schedule section.
- When adding a new slot, use the Room dropdown to choose a room.
- Click Add slot. If the room is already booked at that time, you'll see an error.
View room assignments on the calendar
Go to Calendar. Each slot that has a room assigned shows the room name as a small label below the class name.
Delete a room
Go to Rooms and click Delete next to the room. If the room is currently assigned to any schedule slots, you'll need to remove those assignments first — the list shows how many slots are assigned.
